Delivery
Delivery to Switzerland, the European Union and the United Kingdom.
Delivery is free for orders shipped within Switzerland. For the European Union and the United Kingdom, the applicable delivery charges are shown at checkout.
International orders are dispatched under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. Any customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges remain payable by the recipient.
Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel.

Returns & exchanges
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to tell us that you wish to return or exchange an item.
Exchanges are only possible for another size of the same item, subject to availability.
For an exchange, the customer pays the cost of returning the item to MAISON LEROY LLUKES. Once the item has been received and checked, MAISON LEROY LLUKES pays for dispatch of the new size to the customer.
For international orders, the new size is dispatched under the same customs terms as the original order. Any customs duties, import taxes or customs clearance charges may therefore remain payable by the recipient.
For a standard return, the customer pays the cost of returning the item to MAISON LEROY LLUKES.
